DEVELOPMENT VERSUS AESTHETICS
I am appalled at the amount of money we have used on refurbishing the Prime Minister's Office. I mean its running into a BILLION!!! Let me break this down. 700 million on buying the property and 329 million refurbishing!! Crazy amounts...and the government claims that they do not have enough money!!! I am curious, how come we are more concerned about Kenya's aesthetics than we are about the development? We as Kenyans should get our hands dirty!! Apathy is not an option.., BAD GOVERNMENTS ARE PUT IN BY GOOD PEOPLE WHO DO NOTHING

worse still the new constitution does not provide for a prime ministers post .. so this really expensive office is expected to be used over a period of only 2 years!

ReplyDeleteThe youth comprise a big voting bloc. Its time we used our superiority in numbers in electing people who will make this country better!
ReplyDeleteAmen to that!! It is time for the youth to stand and be counted. We should not be subject ourselves to analysis-paralysis or feel like we are inferior..., we can make a difference.. Let us not close our eyes to bad governance!! Apathy should be abolished!!!!
